Management and Administration of Organizations

The expected results in the training of technicians (competencies) have been determined taking into account the current regulations of the different professional exercises (responsibilities), knowing that many of them require re-analysis based on the transformations produced in the labor markets.

Both the grid and the proposed contents have been subject to an exhaustive analysis by the members of the Department, who have determined that as it is presented, in terms of its sequencing and, taking into account the physical and psychological maturity of the student, can achieve the desired result: prepare the student so that, with the knowledge acquired during the journey in question, reaffirm bases that allow continuity in their subsequent training as well as insertion in a working world for which they are optimally prepared.

It should also be noted that in parallel the development of the subject as a person, the affirmation of their personal, cultural and socio-political identity is taken into account; respect and dialogue as democratic forms of coexistence with other social groups; moral argumentation as a mechanism to resolve social conflicts, and knowledge of democratic institutions, legal frameworks and the active practice of human rights.- In short, fulfill the mission of forming upright, responsible, critical, creative and transforming citizens, able to choose a life project, committed to society.

The Organizational Management Technician will be trained, according to the activities that are developed in the professional profile to:

  • Organize, schedule, execute and control the commercial, financial and administrative operations of the organization.
  • Prepare, control and record the flow of information.
  • Organize and plan the resources required to develop their activities interacting with the environment and participating in decision-making related to their activities.
  • It will incorporate skills and abilities that cross all areas of competence and are related to critical adaptability to change, self-initiative, plasticity in thinking and acting, strategic thinking, ethical behavior, total quality criteria, creativity and the logic of customer service.
  • Areas of Competence

    The Organizational Management Technician will be able to operate (according to the organizations, procedural rules and legal rules) in the following areas of competence:

  • Manage purchases by autonomously operating the process of acquisition of supplies, services and / or equipment required by the organization.
  • Operate in the commercialization intervening in the promotion, realization and coordination of the sale of the products / services offered by the organization.
  • Manage human resources intervening in the incorporation process according to the occupational profile determined by the organization. Manage relationships with staff.
  • Manage funds by carrying out payment and collection operations related to the organization's continuous cash flow, as well as relations with the financial system.
  • Accounting for operations, controlling and compiling the organization's own accounting books, for subsequent control and legalization by the legally authorized professional.

    The occupational area, place of professional performance, of the graduates of this path is the Management of Organizations, understanding by it, in this context "the managerial and operational processes put into play for the best performance of a group of people who , in a coordinated manner, they use resources for specific purposes ".

    All organizations, be they producers of goods or services, public or private property, large or small, national or international, regardless of the main objective of their existence, need a professional-technical-administrative activity that is defined as “organizational management”.

    In the occupational area, a series of operational functions of a generic nature are distinguished, which cover the entirety of it, with different preponderance and specificity according to the different organizational types:

  • Direction / Planning.
  • Production.
  • Human Resources.
  • Purchases.
  • Commercialization.
  • Financing.
  • Accounting.
  • Organizational management, a specific occupational area of the technician, comprises auxiliary and support activities at the different levels or areas of an organization related to the registration and control of information for operations for internal and / or external use (accounting, financial, banking, regulatory, etc.) and the organization and planning of the tasks and the resources necessary to carry them out.
